Who in this world makes pizza with cake flour? These people do. Who makes pizza with chicken? These people do. Who puts chili spice in pizza! These people do. Who takes a western classic and turns it into garbage? These people do. You can’t even eat this garbage without it splitting and crumbling into at least 20 pieces. That’s the result of using cake flour (Maida) instead of bread flour like is done everywhere else. (Not enough gluten.) They call Maida white poison because it really is. Not only is it completely inappropriate for making pizza and bread, but it’s bad for your health too. Maida has been proven to cause obesity, cancer, heart disease and many other serious health conditions.
